What is the lead time for a barong?

Our lead time is normally around two (2) weeks for items that are out of stock. If the item is available, it can be delivered right away depending on the customer’s convenience.

Do you have a showroom?

Our showroom is located at Forbeswood Heights, BGC. Kindly coordinate with our team to make arrangements for your pickup or appointment. You may schedule an appointment through our Instagram account (@llamanzaresbarongs).

Do you customize barongs?

Unfortunately, we do not customize barongs.

How much is the shipping fee within the Philippines?

Shipping within Metro Manila has a flat rate of two hundred (P200) pesos. For other areas in the Philippines, the rate is at five hundred (P500) pesos.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, the rates will depend on the customer’s location.

What is your return & exchange policy?

We do not accept refunds, but the customer may opt to exchange his barong for another barong piece. We advise the customer to personally bring the barong to the showroom in Forbeswood, BGC for our team’s assessment.

Can I get my barong altered?

The alteration rate is subject to change as it is based on our alteration partner’s assessment. If you purchase three (3) or more barongs, alteration is free of charge.

How do I properly care for my barong?

After use, air out your barong and we suggest that you hang it outside your storage space overnight. Do not put it inside immediately after use. You may place your barong inside our “katsa” cheesecloth garment bag after airing out, for proper storage. Best to steam or dry clean, and never laundry.

How do I know my size?
